Tourist tax

According to the tourist tax statutes, the state capital of Hanover will levy an tourist tax as a local expense tax from 01.01.2024.

The tax claim arises with the provision of accommodation and ends at the latest with the termination of the accommodation service. The accommodation tax is levied and charged in addition to the hotel room rate according to the scale, for all adult hotel guests and for each calendar day, plus 7% VAT.

The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation fee (not in the offer and not in the reserved and/or booked accommodation service). Booking & payment at our hotel in Hanover

Payment
You can pay in cash (€) or by credit card. The payment can also be made in advance via bank transfer. If required, we are happy to charge your company for your stay. Please send us a signed confirmation with a company stamp before arrival.

Credit card
If not otherwise indicated, (see cancellations/ no-shows/ prepayment), your credit card is only used for guarantee for arrivals after 6 pm. If no credit card information is given, your claim to the room(s) expires after 6 pm.

Cancellations/ no-shows/ prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies for bookings via telephone, email or our website vary according to the travel period and the room rate. Please check the conditions when selecting your room.

Out of exhibition times: Modifications and cancellations are free of charge up to 6 pm on the date of arrival. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. No deposit is required.
During exhibition times: Modifications and cancellations will be charged with the total price of the reservation. A deposit for the total price of the reservation will be charged directly after booking.

Arrival and departure

Check-in
We guarantee a check in at 3 pm. In case you should arrive earlier, and the rooms are not ready for occupancy, you can leave your luggage at the reception.

Check-out
We kindly ask you to return the room card at the reception until 11 am. In case you will need a little extra time, please speak to our reception crew the night before your departure. They will tell you if a later check-out is possible. If the rooms are still occupied after 11 pm., the hotel can charge guests half the price of an additional day. If the rooms are still occupied after 5 pm, the full price of one day will be charged.

Parking spaces
We provide you with 300 parking spaces as well as underground parking.

On-site parking:

1.50 € per car and hour or part thereof (max. 15.00 € per car and 24 hours)
Underground parking (secured and under video surveillance): 25.00 € per car and 24 hours

The underground parking also includes 6 charging stations for electric cars:

Tesla Wall Connectors for Tesla model S, 3, X and Y
CEE Industry Plugs (2 EV Plug (J1772)s)

The capacities are 11 kW each. The charging of your electric car is included in the parking fee of 25.00 € per day and 24 hours

Reception
The reception is open 24 hours.

Baby bed
We’ll be glad to provide you with baby beds free of charge (depending on availability).

Iron and iron-board
Iron and iron-board are available at the reception (depending on availability).

Bicycle rent
Bicycles can be rented for free.

Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet will be available in our tavern Brauereigaststätte from 6:30 am to 10 am. (sundays to 11 am)

€ 24.50 for à la carte guests
€ 9.50 for children from 6-14
Children from 0-5 eat for free.

Gym
The facilities of the McFit gym (400m away) can be used for € 5,00 per visit around the clock. The studio, which opened in April 2019, offers state-of-the-art machines for endurance and equipment training as well as a free barbell area. The wide range of courses can also be used. Tickets are available at the hotel reception.

Hotel bar
The bar is still closed.

Hygiene products
If you have forgotten your toiletries or need further hygiene products (toothbrush, shaver, …), ask our team at the reception. We might be able to help you out!

Internet access
Free wifi access is available for the whole hotel area.

Luggage
You can leave your luggage at the reception at any time.

Pets
We charge € 10.00 per night and pet.

Restaurant
Our restaurant is currently closed. However, our reception staff will be happy to help you find a restaurant in the area.

Sauna and adventure pool
We recommend you to visit the aquaLaatzium for exercise and/or recreation. The unique wellness and bathing landscape in southern Hannover offers you an adventure pool, a 25-meter sports pool and an 80-meter slide as well as various saunas and steam baths. In summer there is also a natural swimming lake with a large sunbathing area.
