Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach our hotel via the A2, A7 and A37 highways as well as the B6 and B65 expressways. Follow the signs to Hannover-Messe and then continue on Hildesheimer Straße.
Public transportation
The subway line U1 (direction Laatzen/Sarstedt) takes you from Hanover main station to the stop "Wiehbergstraße" in about 15 minutes. From there it is only a few steps to the hotel entrance. Alternatively, you can reach us by various bus lines or by cab from Hanover Central Station (approx. 15 minutes).
Hanover Airport (HAJ)
From Hanover Airport you can reach us directly by cab in approx. 30 minutes. Alternatively, take the S-Bahn line S5 to the main station (journey time approx. 18 minutes) and change there to the U1 in the direction of Sarstedt. Your destination stop is "Wiehbergstraße".
The total travel time is about 45 minutes.
Accessible arrival
Our hotel is barrier-free. Disabled parking spaces as well as ground-level entrances and elevators ensure a comfortable stay - from arrival to the room.

Underground car park
The underground parking garage ensures weather-protected comfort and gives you direct, secure access to the hotel - ideal for a relaxed arrival, whatever the weather.
A parking space in the locked and video-monitored underground garage costs € 25.00 per day.
E-charging stations
6 charging stations for compatible electric vehicles directly in the underground garage: Tesla Wall Connectors and CEE industrial sockets each offer an output of 11 kW.
Charging is included in the parking fee. Activation of the charging stations with a short registration at the reception.
Outdoor parking lot
The parking spaces are located just a few steps from the hotel on our premises and are secured with a barrier.
A parking space in the outdoor area costs EUR 1.50 per hour or part thereof, up to a maximum of EUR 15.00 per day.

Hanover Exhibition Grounds
Perfect location for exhibitors and visitors: It takes about 5-7 minutes by car or cab to get to the South Entrance.
Alternatively, you can reach the exhibition center by taking the subway line U1 to "Laatzen", then take the Skywalk directly to the exhibition grounds.
ZAG Arena
The ZAG Arena, Hanover's largest multifunctional hall for concerts, shows and sporting events, is also very close to us.
By car it takes about 5 minutes, with the U1 to "Laatzen" and a short walk about 15 minutes.
Heinz von Heiden Arena
For soccer fans and event visitors to the Heinz von Heiden Arena: Travel via the main railway station, then continue on line 3, 7 or 9 in the direction of "Wettbergen" to the "Waterloo" stop. From there it is only a few minutes' walk to the arena.
The total travel time is around 25 minutes.

When can I check in on the day of arrival?
We guarantee check-in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier and your room is not yet ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception.
By what time do I have to check out on the day of departure?
We kindly ask you to hand in your room card at reception by 11:00 am.
If I arrive earlier than expected, can I request an early check-in?
If you arrive earlier, please ask at reception for an early check-in. This is possible free of charge, subject to availability. If your room is not yet ready for occupancy, you can of course leave your luggage at reception free of charge and start the day in a relaxed manner.
If I want to leave later than planned, can I request a late check-out?
If you would like to use your room for longer on the day of departure, please contact us the evening before your departure. Late check-out is possible free of charge, subject to availability. Please note: If the room is not vacated by 11:00 am at the latest, the hotel may charge half the room rate until 5:00 pm. After 17:00, the full room rate will be charged for an additional night.
Can I drop off my luggage?
Luggage storage is available at reception at any time.
Can an invoice be issued to a company?
Yes, of course we’re happy to issue invoices in your company’s name. If preferred, billing through a cost guarantee declaration is also possible. Please simply provide the relevant company details when booking or at check-in.
